Iced Pure Ube Milk Latte

   In a small splash of warm milk (approx. 20 ml), whisk 1.5 tsp Pure Ube Powder and sweetener until fully dissolved into a smooth purple paste.

   Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

   Pour 130 ml of chilled Amul milk over the ice.

   Pour the smooth ube mixture over top and stir well to combine.

Tips

• Whisking the ube powder in warm liquid first prevents clumping in ice cold milk.
